Meetings

During the whole length of the study, all relevant stakeholders will be consulted for their input and comments, and workshops and meetings will be organised in order to facilitate information exchanges. On technical issues, we can also hold discussions with interested parties in a bilateral manner. If you would like to propose a meeting, please contact us.

The final stakeholder meeting will take place on 24 August 2010 in the Commission's Conference Center Albert Borschette (CCAB), Room 1B, Rue Froissart, 1040 Brussels. An agenda will be made available soon.
